Thank you for supporting Buhe Fest. Every ticket purchased helps us create an annual family-friendly cultural celebration that brings together families, local businesses, nonprofit organizations, artists, performers, vendors, and our surrounding communities.

Please read this Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

By purchasing, registering for, or using a ticket for any Buhe Fest event, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Availability

All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Ticket prices, admission categories, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice.

A ticket does not guarantee admission once the event reaches legal or operational capacity or if admission must be restricted for safety reasons.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, processing fees, or service fees may be added during checkout.

Prices are subject to change until a purchase is completed.

Payment

We accept approved payment methods offered through our online ticketing platform.

Payment must be successfully processed before tickets are issued.

Orders declined by a financial institution or payment processor will not be completed.

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you should receive an email confirmation containing your ticket or registration information.

If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate.

Admission

Each attendee must present a valid ticket, confirmation, or other approved proof of registration upon request.

Buhe Fest reserves the right to verify ticket ownership and identity where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized entry.

Admission remains subject to venue capacity, safety requirements, and compliance with festival rules.

Ticket Transfers

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets may be transferred to another individual before the event by contacting Buhe Fest.

Transfer requests may require verification of the original purchase.

Buhe Fest reserves the right to deny transfer requests involving suspected fraud, resale violations, duplicate tickets, or other misuse.

Lost or Duplicate Tickets

If your ticket is lost, misplaced, or accidentally deleted, please contact us before the event.

Replacement tickets may be issued after verification of the original purchase.

Buhe Fest reserves the right to cancel duplicate or fraudulent tickets.

Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all ticket sales are final.

Because Buhe Fest is an annual event with substantial advance planning and operational expenses, refunds are generally not available for:

• Changes in personal plans

• Scheduling conflicts

• Transportation issues

• Weather preferences

• Failure to attend

• Late arrival

• Early departure

• Illness (unless otherwise required by law)

• Dissatisfaction with programming

• Performer or vendor changes

• Changes to event schedules

• Changes in attractions or activities

Refunds will only be issued when required by applicable law or when Buhe Fest expressly determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

Event Changes

Festival schedules, attractions, entertainment, speakers, vendors, exhibitors, food offerings, nonprofit participants, workshops, and activities may change without prior notice.

Such changes are a normal part of producing a live community event and do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds or credits.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

Buhe Fest reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify, suspend, or cancel an event due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Public safety concerns

• Public health emergencies

• Venue issues

• Government orders

• Force majeure events

• Operational requirements

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If Buhe Fest cancels an event before it begins, we may, at our discretion:

• issue a full or partial refund;

• provide event credit;

• transfer tickets to a future event; or

• offer another reasonable remedy.

The selected remedy will be communicated through our official website and email.

Weather Policy

Buhe Fest is primarily an outdoor festival.

Events may continue during light rain or other typical outdoor conditions.

Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for changing weather.

Unless Buhe Fest officially announces a cancellation, postponement, or closure, weather conditions alone do not qualify for refunds.

Refusal of Admission

Buhe Fest reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who:

• violates festival rules;

• engages in unlawful conduct;

• threatens staff or guests;

• behaves in a disruptive, dangerous, abusive, or discriminatory manner;

• appears excessively intoxicated;

• possesses prohibited items; or

• otherwise creates safety concerns.

Removal under these circumstances will generally not result in a refund.

Chargebacks

If a purchaser initiates an improper payment dispute or chargeback after receiving valid tickets or attending the event, Buhe Fest reserves the right to:

• dispute the chargeback;

• cancel outstanding tickets;

• suspend future purchasing privileges; and

• pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits a purchaser's legal rights to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Ticket Resale

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Buhe Fest.

Buhe Fest is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.

Counterfeit, altered, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained tickets are void.

Event Photography

Attendance at Buhe Fest constitutes acknowledgment of our Media Release Notice.

Photographs and video recordings may occur throughout the event.

Accessibility

Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact Buhe Fest before the event whenever possible.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests, certain accommodations may be limited by venue design, safety requirements, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buhe Fest shall not be responsible for travel expenses, lodging expenses, lost wages, incidental costs, or other consequential damages arising from event cancellation, postponement, schedule changes, or a purchaser's inability to attend.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
