BUHE FEST MEDIA RELEASE NOTICE

Buhe Fest is a vibrant community celebration that brings together families, friends, artists, businesses, nonprofit organizations, performers, and neighbors to celebrate culture, connection, and community.

Because our festival is a public event, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, livestreams, interviews, and other media may be captured throughout the event by BUHE FEST LLC, our authorized photographers and videographers, media partners, sponsors, and other attendees.

By entering or participating in Buhe Fest, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, voice, appearance, or statements may be captured in photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant BUHE FEST LLC and its authorized representatives a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, distribute, broadcast, transmit, archive, and otherwise use such photographs, video, audio, and other recordings in any format or media now known or later developed, including but not limited to:

• Buhefest.com

• Social media platforms

• Promotional and marketing materials

• Printed publications and brochures

• Digital advertisements

• Email newsletters

• Press releases

• News coverage

• Community outreach materials

• Sponsorship presentations

• Educational materials

• Historical archives

• Future festival promotions

These uses may occur without additional notice, approval, inspection, or compensation.

Children and Families

Parents and legal guardians attending with children acknowledge that children accompanying them may also appear incidentally in photographs or video recordings captured in public event spaces.

If you have concerns regarding the photography of your child, we encourage you to speak with a Buhe Fest staff member at the Information Booth upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate specific concerns when practical, Buhe Fest cannot guarantee that attendees—including children—will not appear incidentally in photographs or recordings taken in public areas.

Personal Photography

Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use while respecting the privacy, comfort, and enjoyment of others.

Commercial photography, filming, livestreaming, drone operations, media production, or recording intended for advertising, resale, publication, or commercial distribution requires prior written authorization from BUHE FEST LLC.

Respect for Our Community

Our goal is to celebrate our community in a respectful and positive manner. We strive to use event media in ways that reflect the welcoming, family-friendly spirit of Buhe Fest.

If you believe an image or recording featuring you has been used in a manner that is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate, please contact us. Although we cannot guarantee removal of content that has already been distributed or published, we will review your request in good faith and, where appropriate and reasonably feasible, consider future use or removal from Buhe Fest-controlled platforms.
