Buhe Fest reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify, suspend, or cancel any event due to:

• public health concerns;

• emergencies;

• insufficient participation;

• other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling, if offered, will be determined at Buhe Fest's sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Prices, inventory, colors, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law.

Vendor, sponsor, nonprofit, advertiser, and exhibitor participation is governed by these Terms together with any separate application, contract, or participation agreement.

Acceptance of an application does not create a continuing right to participate in future events.

Buhe Fest may reject, suspend, or revoke participation at its discretion for violations of policies, safety concerns, reputational concerns, or legal compliance.

Participants remain solely responsible for:

• licenses;

• permits;

• taxes;

• insurance;

• inventory;

• employees;

• volunteers;

• products;

• food safety;

• advertising claims; and

• compliance with applicable laws.

11. Photography and Media

Buhe Fest is a public event.

Photographs, video recordings, livestreams, interviews, drone footage (where permitted), and other recordings may occur during the festival.

By attending, you acknowledge that your likeness, voice, image, or appearance may be captured incidentally or intentionally in connection with the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant Buhe Fest a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, distribute, archive, and create derivative works from photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media depicting you that are captured at Buhe Fest events for lawful purposes, including marketing, education, fundraising, historical archives, promotional materials, social media, websites, news coverage, documentaries, sponsorship reporting, and future event promotion, without additional compensation or notice.

This section does not transfer ownership of your independently created photographs or recordings.

12. User Content

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, artwork, videos, testimonials, social media content, or other materials, you represent that:

• you own the content or have permission to submit it;

• the content does not infringe another person's rights;

• it is lawful; and

• it is not misleading or defamatory.

You grant Buhe Fest a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use submitted content for business, promotional, educational, archival, and operational purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

Buhe Fest welcomes families.

Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for supervising minors attending the festival.

Buhe Fest is not a childcare provider and assumes no custodial responsibility for children attending any event.

Attendance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• weather;

• uneven terrain;

• crowds;

• food allergies;

• animals;

• outdoor conditions;

• noise;

• physical activity;

• communicable illnesses; and

• accidents.

You voluntarily assume these ordinary risks by attending.

If you have specific medical, mobility, or accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can discuss reasonable accommodations where practical.

16. Assumption of Risk and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with attending Buhe Fest and participating in festival activities.

Except where prohibited by law or resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, BUHE FEST LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, venues, and partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or other losses arising from attendance or participation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Purchases and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

• purchases are final;

• refunds are issued only when required by law or expressly offered by Buhe Fest;

• promotional pricing may be limited;

• discounts cannot be combined unless stated; and

• chargeback abuse may result in account suspension or refusal of future transactions.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
